444 lb German anvil – overall Condition
Here we have rough looking compact anvil with some big plus points. First it has two 2 hardy holes. Of course that is excellent for tooling. Next the anvil retains some of the original surface crown, which is also excellent. In addition it rebounds well. The ring is somewhat muted and the edges are somewhat worn.
